I highly recommend the Coyote Hill camp. Tom is a patient, kind, excellent instructor and his wife Gabbi is an incredible cook! They have another adult skills camp at the end of September (beautiful time to be in Vermont!) and they were talking about maybe doing another adult camp this fall if there is interest.
