    Lisa-

May I ask what you like better about the Bleriot? I've read some about it, but not a lot. They *all* look like nice bikes to me And it is a purty color I'm quite frankly not too sure what the difference would be from a Ram, except for wheel size/tco (which doesn't really bother me - all my bikes have it and I work around it well). I do think I would want narrower than a 30 tire, though (which *looks* like the narrowest available for a 650B.

Pooks: Try http://www.rivendellbicycles.com/htm...ouillet_7.html (that gets you the Rambouillet dealers). If you call Riv, they can generally tell you the closest shop to you. I'm quite a ways from one (i.e. there isn't one in my state...)

Ah, thanks. Same here. I'd have to go to Denver to see one!

Just jumping into this now, but....I am 5'5" and tend to have short legs (and arms--my father's side of the family Irish body type...), and I have a 50cm Rambouillet; yes, they have 26" wheels, and I had to do a bit of searching, but found good tires (continental makes some). I lucked out with this bike, because it fits wonderfully and I often feel "at one" with it. I'm riding it in my avatar. The Legola does sound very nice, though.
The bicycle is the most civilized conveyance known to man. Other forms of transport grow daily more nightmarish. Only the bicycle remains pure in heart. ~Iris Murdoch, The Red and the Green
