    Well it isn't a perforated stomach. I am still hoping for the irritable bowel over Crohn's. I googled "abdominal cavity infections" and it actually lists irritable bowel disease as a cause on Merck's site.

    He is going to be hospitalized until Tuesday or Wednesday. They determined the type of bacteria now, but not the origin. The good news is they now know which of the three antibiotics to attack it with.

    Hep A - usually takes 4 weeks to feel better but there is no residual problems. It can be completely cured with the right medication and rest.
