I'm in the essential oil camp. I wear bergamot and geranium oils.

Most people I've met are NOT allergic to essential oils because they are not synthetic like perfume.

Perfume gives me a headache, even the ones I like the smell of. And if you can tolerate them, Demeter perfumes are really cool (grass, tomato, salt air, green tea, laundry, grapefruit, etc.)

For those who want to avoid fabric softener, which I've heard is one of the most environmentally unfriendly things you can have in your house, I got those blue tennis-ball sized things that go in the dryer and fluff up the clothes without chemicals.

I only wear one perfume and that is one I can't spell the name of. And obviously, I only wear it on occasion.

Mostly, I let my deodorant do the talking, or non-smelling, as the case may be.

Favorite smell? Rubbing my hands through my Rosemary plants. I have lavender planted as well, but frankly...hate the scent, but like the blooms.

I like the Bulgari Green Tea scent also - it's the only perfume I've ever smelled that I actually like, and the one I've ever bought. (I even wear it sometimes!)
    Keep calm and carry on...

I absolutely HATE the smell of perfumes or any scented products. I smell the toilet paper at the store before I buy it. Some shampoos make my sinuses hurt. But, I love the smell of bike grease, and even WD-40. Maybe it's what I associate with those smells.
Oil is good, grease is better.
