Great job. 75 miles is 75 miles and in that heat, you did an awesome job!!!!!

Headache could have been from dehydration despite all the liquids and electrolytes you downed!

HA! This is about all I had... so I know it was due to lack of food in my system.

    Oh well, lesson learned.

Thanks for all the kind words and replies ladies.

Here is the Hotter N Hell....First picture, is needing our cute mechanic right at the beginning of the ride..thanks to me...Second is of Karen...you can guess what she is trying to say...Third is where we stopped at a rest point and Karen had gotten a ton of mud in her shoes...How lady like was it to see her spitting on her cleats! Look closely, you can see the spit! LOL...The I think the last one is of us at the finish line line. We look great, but I know that I was totally exhausted. That is all I have time for right now..I will write more later...

You guys rock! Thanks for the pictures. You look amazingly chipper in that heat at the end. Heidi, what kind of saddle do you have on the Bianchi? I'm still searching for the right one for mine.

Heidi, you were too kind to post the pictures and for taking them!

    Thanks so much!

Yea, it was amazing, we were tired at the end, but we never lost our positive attitude!

It was so funny... Heidi would be in front of me riding and she would turn her head to look back and she would be smiling... I had my earphones on... and I kept thinking she was trying to talk to me. Nope. Just smiling!

I do smile a lot and laugh..which, I end up laughing at something that wasn't even funny and then look really retarded!

I will see if this picture posted, but it is just the saddle that came with the bike. It is quite comfy..something like Compensanti ????
