Jamama: I loved your user name before I even read where it came now.
Sandy: congrats on the FT student and lucky lucky for getting paid to mentor!! wheeeeee
Colleen: very pretty flowers. So - anything we can offer to help you create most fun and most memorable moments? as for the lie: when I was a kid my mom came home and chewed me out royal for eating the icing off a cake she left on the table. I had not a clue what she was talking about but she was convinced I had done it. To this day she Still thinks I ate that icing and I can only guess it was the dog.........*cigh* one of life's great mysteries.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
thanks for the welcome. i can't wait to start getting in shape and having fun at the same time.

What is the biggest lie you've ever told: "I finished that yesterday."
Most memorable moment on my bike: Well, when I was ten, I was racing the boys in the neighborhood. I was just about to win, pulling into my front yard, when my tires slipped on gravel and I crashed in the ditch. Bloody nose bleeding all over my dress. (Yes, I was riding in a dress!) I vividly recall laying in the ditch yelling, "Mama!" and my mom standing over me saying, "oh, you're alright, get up." That's the last memory I have of riding a bike until I got on one two weeks ago!
Most fun ever had on a bike? Went riding with my husband and two daughters this weekend.
Thanks for the welcom everyone...I am truely a cycling addict.!

Thanks so much for the welcome! I'm loving every minute on my bike. I even managed to load it into my suv tonight so I could go to the bike trail. I usually ride with my husband, but he had things to do. Must have wanted it bad to have loaded it into my 4Runner, I'm such a weakling!
