feeling a bit better today, but still nursing some ailment. UGH! So I'm on the zicam super highway, and drinking my peppermint tea..

And yeah, it wasn't ALL bad. I got to see Tracy which was super cool!! She's just the coolest!
And I did help a newbie realize her dream. She wasn't doing so good, so I tried to keep her mind off of the matters at hand.

Well, I suppose I should do some work... I hate work...

Yep - forget about your times. You can't always have a PB. Some days you're just off. If you hadn't had a yucky swim, you might not have run into Amy and Jose.
