Well, I get my Rx from this shifty-eyed otolaryngologist in East County... Seriously, though, you do have to get a Rx, but it really works for me. I think many physicians are put out by the Rx thing even if they're quiet about it, and have been very good about writing them for people. I also do the daily squirt of Nasonex.
