    Anyone else following the Vuelta?
TTT today and Carlos Sastre sets off tomorrow in the amarillo jersey
The gorgeous (tho' not as gorgeous as Ree-sharr Vee-ronque) Alessandro Pettacchi is back from his knee injury and Thor, Robbie, Stuey are there too.
Can't wait for the tough Pyrenees stages.
Spain is so wild (unlike France) - open space with nothing for miles sometimes as well as olive groves and citrus.

Hey Margo - si I am following the Vuelta.

Impressive start for CSC and Sastre. He generally does a good TT but not necessarily say top 10 - yet they won the stage. Well done. Plus think, this boy is now doing his 3rd grand tour of the season! Not just doing but being a real contender for each. Muy impressive

Well Virenque is no longer around but there are plenty of contenders for his spot. I'm very partial to Oscar Pereiro - love his eyes and smile. Not bad on the bike either!

Apparently, OLN's gonna cram the whole Vuelta into one presentation: OLN: Cyclysm 2006 schedule. Is Schmalz covering it?
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

Random babblings and some stuff to look at.
