Anyone else find Armstrong's behavior wrt Simeoni a bit immature?

I dunno ... that whole business just seems ridiculous. Lance called Simeoni a liar even though there's no way for him to know whether or not Ferrari ever said what Simeoni said he did ... so that's dumb. Then Simeoni sues, which seems like quite the overkill. And now Armstrong takes this lawsuit, which doesn't affect his ability to race at all, and uses it as an excuse to bully Simeoni during the race ...

Beh. I know no one's perfect, but this is really childish.
