I been yelled at equally by men and wommen, however it was a man in a dump truck pulling equipment behind him that intentionally first slowed to a crawl pulling aside me to stare me down before then pulling the dump truck ahead of me bringing the trailer into my lane running me off the road.I had only 2 options getting off the lane or getting hit. I called 911 to no avail and reported him
, but one thing that was especially scary about it was as he pulled ahead of me his truck backfired so I was terrified I was being shot at as well. I hadn't been riding long when that happened, and nearly turned around to go home and park the bike, but I knew if I did that I'd likely never get on the bike again.
Just last weekend I had some beotches in a car yelling at me to get off the road and threw something out their window, but I don't know what it was, possibly a cigarette, but luckily it didn't hit me.

I have the advantage that I live in a small city where biking is hugely popular (even though we have no bike lanes). My guess is that most everyone around here is either a biker, or friendly with one.
