    Hola Alis

Glad to see you here - this is a great board filled with supportive, upbeat, and positive people.

What part of spain are you in? I did an exchange there while I was in the university some years ago. I miss it very, very much.

Hi again! and thanks for your replies

I'm 32 years old, from Madrid, main city in Spain, but luckily surrounded by mountains where I can practise my favourite sport, mtb, since 5 years ago, more or less.

I use to go to work riding, its great, through la Casa de Campo (a little forest in Madrid) and it's there where I train after work. On weekends I go to the mountains, about 50Km. from Mdz, and with peaks up to 2.300 metres....I know it is quite modest, but really nice indeed.

Thanks for your words into Spanish, very exciting!
