I'm in the 5-7 range, but closer to 5. And it seems like that's what my body wants/needs. When I was younger, I could sleep for days, it seemed, or at least for 10 hours or so a night. But since menopause (which someone else mentioned as a factor), I don't seem to either get or want more sleep. I like staying up late, I like getting up early, and if I sometimes grab a short nap in the afternoons, well c'est la vie!
