I get 5-7 during the working week because I p*$$ about doing 'stuff' - just stuff, I don't know what - then it's way past bedtime.

5-7's what I get but I need 8-10 to keep me cheery, which is why I'm quite often grumpy.

When I was depressed I could sleep 20 hours a day no prob. Thank you Prozac. Happy to say I'm on biking and fresh air now!

PS Why do you suddenly have to get up to pee in the middle of the night when you reach middle age?
