I don't think it'll be hard to find people that early! You've met Caligurl and me and Brandy has her picture posted on her blog so she's easy to spot....

Karen just to confirm the tables aren't by the restrooms, there are near enough to the potta porties that everyone shouldn't mind meeting there. When you get there to check in it should be obvious.

I want to start early, like 6:30. The group I'm driving up with is doing the metric. I am doing the full century. A lot of people in my group are driving up same day, they are saying they are starting at 7:30. So I am DEFINITELY gonna look for you ladies, cuz I have a feeling I may be alone

And would rather have riding partners at least for a while.

I want to make some time so that my metric century friends don't have to wait for me too long, however, I don't think I'll push it until after the hills, etc. maybe mile 50.

Well Audrey we definitely won't start without you although I realize at some point you'll be moving on (you are such a strong rider!). At least ride with us to the second sag. At that point lots of folks will be making other plans.

This 6:30 start is going to be tough. Really early for me. Eyes not quite open and body not quite ready to ride. The first year I did the metric I didn't start until 9:30 and the century I started between 7:30 - 8 so I alway drove up the morning of. I'm staying overnight this time so I guess no excuse to get up and be ready to ride.

I like the pace myself so I don't want to go too fast or too slow. I learned this from the aids ride to start early so that I could take my time if I want to.
I'll find you or call you on one of the rest breaks.
