I loved the contrasting bar tape, also. Unfortunately, whoever wrapped it did a crappy job. After the first few rides it started to unwind. DH talked me into getting the red and black marbled tape, he thought it would look good, but I like the solid red better. Oh well, handlebar tape is cheap...hehe...next time I'll get red. At least he's a better handlebar-tape-wrapper than whoever did it at Schwinn!

No, it's a carbon fork. I had shocks on my hybrid and hated them! Can't imagine them on a road bike especially for as heavy as I am....they'd be compressed all the time! LOL! Originally Posted by Trek420

I luv me some disk brakes. It was the selling point of the bike! DH was jealous because he had to spend $$ to get the same brand to put on his recumb. trike. Originally Posted by Trek420
