I'm so sorry this happened! I feel for you, I fractured my arm at the other end, near my wrist, in Feb. It was my right arm and I'm right handed. I was very frustrated for a while. Just know that it gets better quickly. In a few weeks you'll have made a lot of progress and things will get much easier. Good luck with your recovery, I hope its fast.

    All,
my club riders (Tom and Sue, John, and Bennett) as well as the OCW bigwig stayed with me. It iwas the "stangers" who latched on that left.
Cali, I'm with you. I started out cycling with AYH in St. Louis. They were more in to Ultra riding, where you're not allowed to draft(Being on the bike for 36 hours does something to you) I even had my BAM(bicycle across Missouri( 97 Jersey. I gotiot for being a Marshall.
I think i'm going to avoid Paceline and defintely the SART for a while now. Those two don't go hand in hand.
The bike is fine, execpt for a STI That rotated itself. MY body took all the impact.
It's my non dominat hand, so I'm very lucky there.

So, if I'm trying to send healing thoughts your way, you know little brainwaves through airspace, does that mean I get to eat lots of ice cream also? Dreyer's slow churned choc fudge is pretty good and it's says it's lower fat. Lower fat than what I don't know and I'm not going to read the label. I prefer to live in my own little dream world right now.

Avoid chocolate ice cream(s) as the cocoa inhibits Ca absorption

Ice cream is also very good for cats who are out-of-condition. They prefer vanilla. They also love vegemite.
