    I am appalled that anyone LEFT YOU THERE! Are you fuming over that? I sure would be... sheesh... I don't care if it turned out to be nothing more than scrapes... they should NOT have left you...

    glad you had friend there with you that were able to be supportive tho... healing thoughts your way from me too... I feel for ya on trying to dress with an immobile arm maybe sleeveless button downs??? get well soon...

    so......you didn't make it unscathed, the bike shorts did, how about the bike?
