Congratulations on completing your first century. I also completed mine in May and I know the excitment you are feeling. I cannot believe the temps in NC this past weekend. I had no idea. Summer for us east coast people is way to short as it is, none of us need that early boost for cold temps. Hopefully your next one will be warmer.

Congratulations! Thanks for posting such a detailed re-cap, I really enjoyed it. I'm doing my first metric in a couple of weeks, then I'll shoot for a century next year. Your story was inspiring, even for my metric.
The best part about going up hills is riding back down!

The Centuries definitely get easier and take less time the more often you do them at least that is what I've found. Congrats on your first, you will ALWAYS remember it!
