To get her measured up for her new aerobars - sweet carbon things. So while she's up on the park tool stand, the owner proceeds to not only wash her down (she was looking BAD) but also give her a quick tune up on the spot!! And the charge for that?? NADA!!! He just did it while we were chatting!!!!
I told my husband on the way home "NOW do you see why I give Rey all my business??!!" He was mighty impressed!! Rey and his wife are THE BEST!!
So any of you Phoenix area zonies, if you are on the west side check out AZ CYCLERY and Multisport at Glendale and Dysart.
I know I really have no TE peeps on this side of the valley, but I just thought Rey deserved yet another plug from me!
I think maybe I'm just used to being treated like a moron at other bike shops so this is sooo refreshing!

    Stay safe!

A good mechanic will put a bike on the stand and just won't be able to resist tinkering.

Really nice, Denise. I'll bet he enjoys talking with you, too. He knows you love your bike, and that you take her on some great adventures.

Just like a good PT might be working on your arm, but just won't be able to resist correcting your over-all posture! (which DOES effect the arm function, so it's not outside the scope of treatment)

That is awesome service! It is stuff like that that gets repeat costomers in a heartbeat. Kano and I have a LBS like that in the area and love it. One feels like a human, rather than just someone to get money out of.
