Save me thread drift! I am about to pass out from boredom at a deposition. Oddly enough - the only internet site that is working for me right now is TE. I can't get my email or shop or anything - all I can do is look at the forums.

winddance if i see a car on the road its amazing. about this time i'm more likely to run into a bear than a car. it is nice. our roads are gravel/dirt/cr@py.

fish my loop around "town" is just over 2 miles. my long ride is out to a place called grant point and back which is about 20 miles or i could head up the mountain, but the visibility is really bad and you could smack into a bear very easily. at least its pretty open tundra out to grant point. right now i've only been going half out to grant point or doing loops around town because of the big mean fuzzy situation.

winddance you can come help me. though bf did it the day before so it isn't that bad yet. or you could come up and fish and clean them.

maillotpois i'm having the same problem. though my work just put a new gov't block on websights. can barely do anything. at least i can still search here. dang new policy.

My interview is Aug 22. I'm all set up and ready to go. I have my itinerary and everything. I still need to finish my presentation. I'll likely be working on that the night before. Blasted PowerPoint! When we used to use actual slides, there wasn't any way to change them at the last minute. I will probably hear something about whether or not I got the job while I'm in SF. The other candidates (2) will have their interviews by the end of August.

I had a peach yesterday. No soda for me. Stopped when I was pregnant with FishJr and never went back. Every once in a while I drink some of Mr. Fish's Coke. Rarely.

I'll go for like a month, not drinking any. Then I'll buy some more. I drink Hanson's usually, an organic soda, I think.

It's just an easy place to cut calories.

I don't drink soda very often, either. I can't say that I really miss it. I drink a lot more water now.

chr, I can some fish, but I would have to learn how to clean them! Did you always live in Alaska?

I don't care for the taste of diet stuff. It actually gives me a headache.

V - nope, this is the bee job in Baton Rouge. Congress decided to not fund any new positions in Maine for FY07. It looks like it's going to take a couple of years and maybe an administration/party change before they get enough money. I may lose my mind if I have to stay here for 3 more years or more. I'm pretty sure Mr. Fish will. Baton Rouge puts us about 1hr from my in-laws which is great for the fishlets!

Mr. Fish gets headaches from diet soda, too. It's a reaction to aspartame (nutrasweet).
