    now that does sound good. though i can't imagin riding 200 miles, but i only have a mtb and no roads to practice on.

    Geez, with the 5 mile loop that I ride (that with the road repair - aka gravel - has been reduced to 3 miles) - that would be a whole heck of a lot of laps. I need to move, just so I can have some good roads to ride on.
