My first century is this weekend and while I'm obviously not an expert (yet!) this is my plan. We planned to ride two shorter easy rides over the past weekend (one was 30 miles and the other one got rained out!). I also planned to commute two days this week which I am doing today and tomorrow (my commute is 14 miles). If I could have gotten in my weight training on Monday or Tuesday, I would still have done at least one session, but I ended up working late those days. I'm not going to try to 'make it up' and I'll just chalk it up to more 'rest'.

Friday will be a day of rest, and then Saturday is the big day!

(I think I've gotten extra calorie burn in just because I am constantly checking the weather! *click* *click* *click*...I'm obsessed! )
