My gynocologist gave me some bactroban 2% ointment to apply to my golf ball sized lump in my region..worked like a charm...in 4-5 days it was gone and riding was pleasant again..

velogirl? A hand mirror??? Now that just makes entirely too much sense.
I swear I almost fell over first time I tried to look... never thought of just using a mirror.
