Thanx for all the input! I have such a hard time deciding what kind to get... long or short... ski bend or L-bend... and on and on - I'm much better when I only have a few choices..argghh!!!But I shall perservere and make a decision!

I added bar ends to my hybrid to get more hand positions. I ended up with Ritchey Ergos because I liked the angled design. I'm very pleased with them but found them very uncomfortable until I wrapped them with two layers of Performance gel wrap.
