last night's commute home was slow and soggy (sweat), but I did the 14 miles without a problem, and with the help of two bottles of water.
However, when I got home I was toast--couldn't eat, could barely move once I sat down. Fell asleep at 9:30, and even forgot to practice my mandolin! I don't think I can do 112 heat index rides two days in a row, so I left the bike at home today.
Tomorrow will be a nice, crisp 87F! Time for the tights??
