Hey... I had to counteract the hot dog I ate for lunch with some fruit.
Where does mustard fit in the food groups? It comes from a seed and has vinegar, which comes from grapes, so it counts a fruit, right?
Ketchup of course is a vegetable.

Guess it would depend where that vinegar came from ... we had bananas that sat on the fridge so long they turned to vinegar once. Do seeds count as nuts?

Isn't rice considered part of the grain family and egg whites . . . duh! It's completely healthy. And, it's non-fat.

Was it made with butterscotch chips or plain marshmallow?
I haven't made rice krispy treats in ages. I wonder how well they sit...
Certainly grains and maybe dairy.
