Thank you ladies for your kind and encouraging words. It was very strange to have heat affect me like that, and I was definitely freaked out. Most of yesterday i did not feel quite right, even with spending most of the afternoon just sitting in a pool with the kids playing around me. Today I am much better and taking an easy rest day.
