I feel your pain. Camp for my 3 ended yesterday and my oly is the week after yours. 6 am is going to become my only viable workout time for biking and running. They still have swim lessons, so I can swim while they are covered by the instructors. I am still a little freaked out by this race, but consistent training is helping me feel better about it.
Tomorrow I am doing the fleet feet women's 10K at Montrose Harbor in place of a training run. Any chance you are going to be around?
