I like to get out of them quick as I can, and I'll try to rinse or wash off immediately if I can, too. A new favorite soap is "Pedifix"--couldn't find Phisoderm at my local drugstore, but this is for use any where & has tea tree oil and other good things that are antibacterial and antifungal (thus in the foot care department). I like how my tender bits feel after cleansing with it!I also now swear by Assos chamois cream. Works better than Chamois Butt'r--the jar is more expensive than the tube of CB, but you don't need to use as much each time, so it's actually cheaper in the long run! (after a couple of uses you don't notice the minty/tingly feeling, which was interesting...)
