Hello everyone! I have been lurking for some time and have received much encouragement and info. Now for my question:

Has anyone used Coach Troy's personal coaching plans? I am interested in getting a trainer and spinervals but after talking with him, I wondered if it would be best to use him to begin with. I bike with my older children and really have as my goal no specific event but just want to be more physically fit and keep up with them! I was looking at the 12-16 week or success plan. Thanks for your input
