Hello everyone,
I was wondering on some advice on what is best to keep those nasty cramps away? I ride in Texas and yes it is "Hotter N' Hell!" I got really bad calf cramps yesterday and then sometimes my hamstrings come into play. I drink mostly water, but when I do drink Gaterade or something like that, I have to dilute it. Can't deal with that much sugar. Any ideas? Thanks!![]()
