170 Miles
11,000 vertical feet of climbing
The Big Sur Ride is a spectacular two-day, 170-mile ride that includes 11,100 feet of climbing. The ride begins and finishes in the quaint village of Carmel Valley. The route runs along the rugged Big Sur coastline, through the beautiful Salinas Valley, and into the dramatic rolling hills of Carmel Valley.

Proceeds from the Big Sur Ride go to support Trips for Kids. TFK is a non-profit organization that brings at risk youth, ages 10 to 17, on day-long cycling trips. These young riders are taught bike skills, cycling etiquette, and environmental education/stewardship. Your participation in the Big Sur Ride will benefit Trips for Kids and help introduce young people to the wonderful sport of cycling.
