Good morning ladies! I did it! I had a successful ride with the new pedals! I LIKE THEM!!!!! My dismount at the house was...uh...less than graceful. All I have to say is chain tatoo. Lots of people walking by. BUT - I didn't fall

And this was also my first time in cycling shoes. Wow they cool your feet off. My feet were always so hot before. As soon as I got out of the driveway I was thinking - wierd, my feet are cool. I love the helmet, too - good venting. Encountered a dog - gave good chase - yelled at him and he went back home. Whew! My legs were shaking after that for a minute.
