So far, 2 miles to the gym, spin class, 2 miles home. Now I need to do some work. In a few hours I ride Sedona the grey work pony for the last timeover to the bike shop and trade her in on Ruby Slipperz, my new Trek 7.6.

Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.
