My running is short and inconsistent. Can't remember my last post and my last run was more than 1 week ago, 2 short miles on the way to the place we were having breakfast in the Keys. I quickly canceled the mileage out with a mimosa!
Currently having many major house projects being done that includes moving furniture from the back the house to the front and then visa-versa. Plus adopted kittens. My list could go on, but I have been a slug. Not sure how I'm even going to get bike training in for a MS 150 (actually a 180 mile) ride in Sept. I think June will be a total loss.
