D: Paleo Mulligatawny Stew over baby spinach sauteed with almond slivers (from Well Fed 2) scroll down for the recipe. This is the first time I've tried it. I am getting tired so am foregoing the cauliflower rice tonight, I will make that tomorrow night. I don't feel like having to clean my food processor tonight
Added: OMG that stew is incredible! It is really more like soup because I didn't have any arrowroot powder and didn't feel up to heading out and hunting some down, but this is a great cool weather recipe! I bet it would also be great cooked with no poultry & paired with pulled pork. Or perhaps even used as a base for fish stew - fish stew curry anyone? hmmmmmm
