Yesterday:

B: last of the chorizo frittata, 1 slice fresh side, coffee
1 hour hard conditioning group training session followed by protein shake
L: homemade "egg drop soup" made with bone broth, pork, veggies - only calling it egg drop soup because I dropped a beat egg into the soup
S: small scoop pumpkin ice cream
D: 1/3 baked/stuffed pumpkin (very small squash), over mixed salad greens, 1 beer.

This is the first time I've worked with an actual pumpkin - treated it just like I do other squash. It was interesting, I found it less sweet than butternut or acorn squash. It worked well in my savory recipe however.
