Trying to get back to doing this. Of ocurse, I have a century Saturday, so my eating is a little different.
B: walnuts and dried apricots (3) before boot camp
tuna on sliced tomatoes with melted low fat cheddar, 1/4 avocado, with a bowl of strawberries and peaches, coffee
L: salad with red leaf lettuce, shredded chicken, grape tomatoes, whole wheat cous cous, avocado, basalmic vinaigrette, an apple
S: whole wheat pita rounds (2), hummus
D: wholewheat penne with home made sauce with eggplant, tomatoes, onion, basil (all fresh from the local farm), parmesan, glass of red wine
