Today (rest day)
B: small slice of frittata, coffee
S: banana
L: chicken lettuce wrap at PF Changs
S: 2 squares dark chocolate, some yogurt
D: Asparagus/mushroom/onion saute with some roast pork
Part of me wants to cut back on food for rest days, but my coach slaps my hands when I do that. I can certainly tell the difference in my performance the next day when I DO cut back on calories on rest days (and not in a good way).
