Last year we started a thread here where we kept track of our activities - riding inside/outside/gym/whatever. It was a nice approach and we had a Google spreadsheet where we each added ourselves and kept track of the goal (hours of x activity for the month) we set for ourself. It was very helpful to me last year, is there interest in a repeat? My searching "foo" must be weak today because I couldn't find the original thread - I seem to think that Murieen started it, though I may be mistaken.
