I'm trying to get back to three squares again. It's almost working.
Yesterday:
B: Coffee and a granola bar. (Spent the morning at the car dealership getting my brakes taken care of.)
L: Chicken sandwich with cheese, spinach, onion, green peppers and banana peppers. Doritos.
S: More coffee, a cookie
D: Chicken, acorn squash (with a tasty dressing!), kale. Apple mini-pie and a bottle of hard cider.
