    Hurt my wrist Mountain Biking

Went mountain biking last Thursday and did about 8 miles I crashed pretty hard into a tree and I was able to avoid hitting my face using my hands ....I handle it pretty good. I didn't feel any pain until the next day (Friday) and it was swolen pretty bad I thought it was going to be ok by Saturday but nop.....still hurting today...way less but still hurting and it pops every time I twist it even when using the mouse at work it gives me the feel like its going to move out of place I know it won't but it just feels like that. I was wondering if I should just rest my wrist for a few days or can I ride gently or train indoors?...BTW I got me a fluid indoors trainer and got some new mtb shoes and clipless pedals so I started practicing yesterday cliping and uncliping. I am a little worry about my wrist but I dont want to stop riding. Now with all these rain I wanna take advantage whenever we have a good day or even a few good hours.

Any suggestions what to do. Warm water, ice packs, bengay, etc etc?..

    Thanks ladies.
