B- cornflakes with fresh raspberries, blackberries and grapes, skim milk, a dollop of plain yogurt. Tea with skim milk.
Snack- a Middleastern thin flatbread with sumach spice, small walnut phyllo pastry, water
Snack- quarter slice of Chinese lotus seed moon cake (it's Autumn Festival) and tea with milk. Back after a 40 km. ride. But before another 28 km. ride for farmers market visit elsewhere.
Fresh peach and tea with milk.
Dinner- steamed trout fillet with ginger root, onion, a bit of soy sauce, oil. Stir fry of fresh noodle, bok choy, green and yellow beans, onion and garlic.
