I'm working with Erik's Bike Shop in Bloomington, and I am thrilled at the service I've received. The manager helping me is literally the first person I've bought a bike from who said they enjoyed working with me because I noticed all the subtle differences in the feel of the frame.What a nice change. Usually I am accused of having princess and the pea syndrome.
The other bonus is they will let me start customizing it while it's still in layaway. Bar tape, cages, pedals, etc. May help it fly under DH's radar.. Oh LOOK! It's not a new bike, it's last year's model!
