    105 to Tiagra.

After a month in the shop, I get a call saying my bike is ready. I show up and have to wait 15 minutes for them to put the bar tape back on, and when I get home I realize they didn't even put air in the tires after all that time - 20psi. I have gone past being pissed off, and now just blame myself when I get terrible service from them "well what I did expect?".

Anyway, I do like the tiagra. They feel better, and I don't care if it is low-brow, I like I the little red indicators at the top of the brifters. Bars are still uncomfortable. I moved the seat back, that helped, but I'm still not there.

I don't understand, how hard is it to fit a bike? I'm not even that hardcore, I just want to be able to bike at least 100km at a time, relaxed pace, comfortably. I even have a bike I can ALREADY do that on, rage rage rage.

My point is, I think I want rando bars. I think it's the longer, flat ramp that makes my other drops comfortable. I'm going to call the lbs to ask them what bars I had before, and what I have now, FHS compact, I think? I've been looking at the noodle and deda 215, but they're a little out of my budget. And I do hate throwing good money after bad, but I don't know what else to do. Might involve going to another fitter, but that might end up being another couple of hundred to fix the first lbs mistakes; I could get a vintage road for that.

    Still frustrated.

Anyone have suggestions for long, flat ramp drops that won't break the bank?

I took it out for 15km when I got it home, and did another 40km on Sunday. I went with a couple of friends and we found a new route that is amazing and fun. Most of it is a paved bike trail, no car traffic, so it's perfect to practicing "no handle bars", haha.
