The sample at Trader Joe's tonight was delicious. It was: yogurt mixed with smoked paprika and chopped chives.
I don't have amounts or a recipe -- I haven't made it yet -- I'll just add smoked paprika till it tastes right.
They were serving it with some kind of chips, but it would be good in lots of ways -- on a baked potato maybe?
