I didn't INTEND to do all of that, but it was fun. It was also using different muscles and I would have stopped at the first suggestion of pain. There wasn't anyThese workouts are very different from anything I've done before - though I won't be mixing those two classes in the future.
Thankfully my new group trainer forces the issue and makes certain we get enough rest during the workout. He pushes really hard, but he also keeps an eye out for proper form and needed modifications.
