Commute to work: 20 miles
Breakfast: coffee, water, 1/2c mixed nuts
Lunch: 1 apple, 1 banana, 2TBSP PB, 1/2c granola
Snack: Cracked some peanuts
Commute home: 20 miles
Dinner: DH made sweet BBQ pork tenderloin, husked corn, and beans
