    Camelbak and neck

Anyone use a Camelbak who have had a significant whiplash injury in the past? Does the shoulder strap appear to cause problems in a long ride? I used my pack as always for a 3 hour ride Saturday but afterwards had a lot muscular pain behind my collar bone when I tried certain movements - the neck muscles in that area were where my whiplash first manifested and was the worse of it (Scalenes and SCM). It was fine while I was still on the bike, it was only afterwards that it became apparent.

Just wondering if others have had a similar problem. If this continues I may need to eventually invest in a different type of pack that doesn't put so much pressure in that area, I know they make one but am loathe to go that route if I don't have to. I love my Luxe and it is already paid for. I did detect a little of this on my mtb ride this morning but that was only an hour...and part of the reason I stopped when I did though it could have still been left from Saturday.
